About the Author
Virginia Schroeder Burnham served as a consultant in medical research to the Federal Government for the Senate, the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration. She developed several proprietorships dealing with inventions and medical instrumentation and her extensive volunteer activities culminated in her being knighted a Dame of Malta in 1985. She is also the author of Since Time Began, The Truths and Myths About Sexual Orientation; The Lake With Two Dams, What You Should Know About Mental Illness and The Two-Edged Sword, A Study of the Paranoid Personality in Action, all from Sunstone Press.

Everybody should read this book. You will have half of the conflicts that we do in our life after reading it. It helps to understand, not only you but all those poor soulds that deal with you in the daily basics. Don't try to read it in one shot, let it make digestion before continuing with it.

Not Pop Psychology

This book is for someone that is seriously interested in learning this stuff. But that is not to say it is a difficult read-it isn't. It's easy to follow and is @ 135 pages. A good book for organizing your awareness and understanding of yourself.
