caroline is a md and adjunct professor of critical care medicine, university of pittsburgh school of medicine and medical director
Bob Elling, REMT-P has been involved in EMS since 1975. He is an active paramedic in upstate NY, National Faculty for the AHA, and Regional Faculty for the NYS Bureau of EMS. Bob is also a Professor of Management for Andrew Jackson University as well as a BLS Guidelines 2005 Editor/Writer for the American Heart Association. He has served as a paramedic and lieutenant for NYC EMS, Program Director for the Hudson Valley Community College's Institute of Prehospital Emergency Medicine, Associate Director of the NYS EMS Program, and the Education Coordinator for PULSE: Emergency Medical Update. Bob is an author/coauthor of many books including: Principles of Assessment in EMS and IRM, Why-Driven EMS Enrichment, Co-author of the National First Responder, Paramedic and EMT-Intermediate curricula.

Advertised the 7th Edition and Sent the 6th Edition

Clearly advertised this product as the 7th Edition when I ordered it.
Shipped immediately and Arrived at my house instantly, but was the 6th Edition (which is a completely Different Book)

Used: DVD and testing

If you buy this here or used make sure that you are getting the enclosed DVD and the online testing package. I found out after if you buy it from the publisher it includes an online testing package which is actually required for my program. The used copy that I purchased was alao missing the DVD so now I need to find a way to get both separately and it looks like it will cost me as much if not more than if O purchased it new from the publisher. I just want to save anyone from making the same mistakes as me. Great book though!
