I enjoyed reading the book!

This is a very well-written book on the subject of biomedical natural language processing, also known as text mining. It comprehensively covers all the major aspects in BioNLP research (e.g. concept recognition, information extraction) and its applications (e.g. summarization, question answering). The book includes both introductory materials (including historical background!) as well as latest techniques and developments, with ample references for interested readers to further purse in-depth knowledge on any topic. I would highly recommend this book to any graduate students, postdocs, and other beginners who are interested in BioNLP research. In addition, it is an ideal reference book for those who are in the BioNLP field like myself.
